On-Going Programs
A part of any non-profit organization involves asking others for gifts of time, materials, funds, and intangible supports. Our women come from prison with absolutely nothing.
Our "Date at the Gate" program literally dresses exiting women for their re-entry to society. We send two pairs of new or gently used pants or jeans, two pairs of socks, two sets of undergarments, and a pair of shoes or tennis shoes, a wallet or card holder, and a purse or bag.

- Monthly financial pledges to help transport, house, and provide other material supports to newly-exited women
- "Date at the Gate" We send our care packages to the correctional facilities via USPS and need to cover the cost for postage.

- Adopt-a-woman after her completion at APH and assist in her transition to her apartment (furnishings, dishes, bedding, towels, etc.)

- "Welcome Home Baskets" This program welcomes women home with small and inexpensive, yet essential items needed to begin life in a new home. We like to include bus passes, envelopes, small planner calendars, notepads, pens, full-size toiletries, and gift cards in these baskets.
One-Time Needs
